ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintenance of health records on all employees/clients screened at events. Promotes Employee health, wellness and safety through a variety of programs, pamphlets and special events throughout the year. Provides individual education/counseling. Must have the ability to be trained and to teach Cooper Clayton Smoking Cessation classes as well as other programs and classes as necessary to the needs of the position. Actions are in accordance with the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and established hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Required Education and Experience | Associate’s degree or diploma in nursing is required |
Required Licensure and Certifications | Registered Nurse with the state where employed. CPR with the American Heart Association required (CPR:BLS) |
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training | Minimum of two years of nursing experience in Occupational Medicine, physician office, clinic, or hospital. Minimum of two years of nursing experience in emergency room or critical care preferred. |
